• Private round-trip transport from your accommodation is available upon request.

• Each car can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests.

• Prices start from IDR 350K per car.

• The price depends on your accommodation location.

• The ATV tour operates in normal weather conditions, including light rain. If you choose to cancel the tour at the location due to rain, no refund will be provided.

• In cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, such as landslides, thunderstorms, or flooding, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons.

• Minimum age to drive ATV is 16 years old

• Minimum age to ATV passengers is 6 years old

• Maximum age for activities is 60 years old

• Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious medical issues

• Not recommended for people with back problem

• Booking can be made at least 1 day in advance

• For last minute bookings, availability will be confirmed based on the operator’s schedule.

Cancellation Policy

• All tour payments are made on the spot on the activity day for your convenience and trust.

• No advance payment is required.

• Payment methods can be cash or card.

• For card payments, an additional 3% fee may apply.

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity starts.

• Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

• If you have plans to visit other places after or before the activity, we can discuss it first.

• Our team will contact you one or two days before the activity for a reminder and booking confirmation.
