• No advance payment is required.

• Payment methods can be cash or card.

• For card payments, an additional 3% fee may apply.

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity starts.

• Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

• If you have plans to visit other places after or before the activity, we can discuss it first.

• Our team will contact you one or two days before the activity for a reminder and booking confirmation.
